[Fiware-testbed] Overwriting GEs in the testbed

Dear all,

Now that the 2nd delivery of the 1st Release is coming, we have to see
what to do with the GEs that are going to be resubmitted. As far as I
can see, all the GEs are new to the Testbed apart from those in IoT. We
do not see the need to keep to separate arrays of VM (one for R1.1 and
another one for R1.2) so we will just overwrite the old GEs with the new
ones. This will be announced to the UCs to avoid any possible
misunderstandings.
