dear pascal,

In the meantime I'm a bit surprised to have only two answer regarding questionnaires. When do we expect the others to come ?

honestly i'm not as all of them are on their poc these days.
so we agreed to ahev them for next fi-ppp ab that will be on 13-14 march.
ciao,
stefano

Best Regards,
Pascal

dear all,
as some of you already know, juanjo has fixed a quite important wpl/wpa phc on this monday (11 feb) lasting the whole day so clashing with our weekly phc.
so tow main options in fron of us: postponing or skipping.
main duties in this period we have in front of us are:
1. reallocation of eab budget
2. uc projects validation support
3. testbed architecture deliverable
point 1.
on this issue i got the appruval from the pcc about the following:
"- 90k left by eab
- proposal:
-- deployment tool (initial discussion between eng and ibm this to enhance the cloud portal functionalities) and in general additional support to task t10.2
-- more support to validation task t10.5
-- The new DoW should include a clearer definition and allocation of activities of the Open Innovation Lab. A new task will be created."
honestly on my desk i received only a proposal from miguel about the creation of a new task (t10.6) for the support to the open innovation lab (oil its horrible acronym at the moment). i think this his proposal is a good one, but certainly we need to work on it a bit more (@miguel i'll send to you in the next hours some ideas from us). on the other approved directions i did not receive so far any proposals.
point 2.
at the last ab fi-ppp i gave a presentation on the results from "first impression survey" and a tutorial on the validation questionnaire (attached the two answers - smartagrifood and instantmobility - i received at the moment still in their draft form). i offer in behalf of the fi-ware testbed team any kind of support on the matter. let's see if any request comes ....
point 3.
i still missing or lost may be the final requirements to the procurement red.es<http://red.es> will launch (i saw some emails on the matter).
given all the above my suggestion is to skip again our weekly phc. this means in the next coming days i have to receive concrete proposals on eab budget reallocation are provided as at the next phc we must formalise a proposal to the pcc.
pleas let me know if you agree or see the need to have a phc before next monday (18 feb).
