[Fiware-testbed] Network outage

Dear all,

This is just to inform that there is an unscheduled  downtime in the
fiber network od Red.es. As a result, we do not have connectivity with
Seville and therefore the testbed is temporarely not reachable/useable.

Red.es are working onto it and we expect a prompt solution. I will
report back as soon as I am informed of new developments.
