[Fiware-testbed] Twitter & testbed status

Dear all,

We have created (and not announced yet) a twitter account to communicate maintenance windows and/or unavailabilities of the FI-WARE Testbed. This would complement the FI-WARE testbed list.

This is public and it is in "pull" mode (you need to go there and check). For those not using twitter: you do not need a  twitter account to check it out, it is publicly available on

  *   https://twitter.com/FWTestbedStatus

The idea is also to add a widget in the Testbed page we are creating that will contain the latest messages on the Testbed Status twitter account.

This is public and we do not see a problem in that, in fact it is an advantage since we do not need to set up users, provide support, etc. This info is not sensitive and if others do it openly for commercial stuff (example: https://twitter.com/wa_status), we can surely do it for a testbed.

Any objections? (I hope  that none!!)
