[Fiware-testbed] Notes of today's WP10 meeting

I have taken a few rushed notes while leading the call today. They may be not formal minutes of meeting but at least good enough to do the trick.

By the way, there were just 6 partners represented. May I remind you that this is compulsory? We sometimes get complaints about not having information but people do not always make a point of coming to the right places to obtain it.

Integration Plan
====================
    Request from Mauro to provide inputs to the Integration Plan V2
    You have to provide both intra and inter WP links
    Deadline: send contributions to Mauro by July, 12th

Migration of old VMs
====================
    The old virtual machines  instanciated by hand on the testbed will be ported to the cloud.  Everyone will be on the cloud shortly.

    TID will send an email with the process and the impact on each GE owner and the schedule.

    There are GE who already started working on the cloud and these will not undergo this process.  However, they may need changes in the VM name on the DNS

    We will use something like *.testbed.fiware.eu for VMs on the the testbed and *.lab.fiware.eu for VMs on the OIL


OIL - global & dedicated instances
=====================================
    The OIL will have a "global" deployment of each GE that can be accesses by anyone - anyone in the world with  an OIL account can access it
    Also, dedicated instances
       a) anyone can deploy private GEi instances using images
       b) alternatively, with recipies

    There will be a webinar offered by TID to create recipes

Concern about security
=======================
    Salvatore expesses concerns to be addressed in the OIL by the Security chapter
