[Fiware-testbed] Programmed maintenance on the testbed

Dear all,

This is just ot let you know that Red.es will perform maintenance
operations on their network on the 18th of July. This will happen
between 00:00 and 06:00. The actual downtime will be 2 horas at most.

This message will not be posted to any other lists so please let the
teams in your companies/institutions know.
