[Fiware-testbed] minutes of the today phc

I'm surprised: reading your xls file, I understand the Cloud Edge entry to be "almost ok". It is not: more than 4 months ago (before the review), I've entered major modifications and they have never been published. After having asked several time, I decided to "unpublished" the entries (they do not appear at all anymore) because they were misleading.

Not having the updated entries available makes that the cloud edge is less attractive and, of course, we also had comments from the reviewers based on the R1 entry which is totally outdated.

Could someone update the catalog so the draft entries I entered months ago appear to the public (even the "condition of use" are updated ...)
