[Fiware-tools] IMPORTANT - Minutes draft

Dear Roozbeh,
M12 is quite close, the review is arriving and we do not have too much 
time to react in case of problems.

Please, makes me happy, I want to see the progress every end of month.
After the review we can relax a bit.
