[Fiware-tools] New requirements to be collected

dear matteo,

as you know i'm attending the meeting of the fi-ppp ab where all the uc
attend.
we, as testbed team, already prepared and presented today a questionnaire
for geis validation which, depsite the fact it has very few questions, they
hardly accepted to fill in, but they did.

submitting another one will simply overwhelm them without, most likely, any
real good answer.
my suggestion is that you will add to the questionnaire here attched for
your convenience in case one or two specific questions perhpahs in the
overal section.
the actual questionnaire is section 4.

please let me know, within tomorrow noon if can as the meeting will finish
at 15:00 here, i.e. 14:00 cet.
