[Fiware-tools] Boxes dealing with description of Tools components/technologies for the form to be submitted to the EC

dear juanjo,

as i think you are monitoring, the fi-ware tools team is making a wonderful
effort to be in line with the rest of chapters and firmly believe this part
of the form should be forwaded to the ec with the other chapters.

indeed it gives a complete perspective of which are the fi-ware
Technologies in a single shot.

please let me know where you need more details or where are parts you think
should be improved.
