[Fiware-tools] Boxes dealing with description of Tools components/technologies for the form to be submitted to the EC

dear juanjo,

yes things are about completed only the catalogue is still missing. i'll
check with upm to fix it, perhpas they forget still thinking this to be an
eab job, whoch of course is not.

concerning having entries of the tools in the catalogue itself, i think
this is important as some projects use the tools as any other gei, and may
be third parties as well could be interested in them.
