[Fiware-tools] New tools in the production Catalogue

Ciao Pedro,
     Thank you very much!
Especially for having already ported the entries from the test catalogue.

One thing ... I'd keep all tools entries in draft for the moment.
I'm still not sure we're using the right template for Terms & Conditions
and we need to agree on the common text to show for the tabs that
do not apply for the tool.
