[Fiware-tools] New tools in the production Catalogue

Ciao Davide,
I have created (and requested revision) a tool description in the
catalogue for the FICODE FIA Project Management plugin. Before going to
describe our another FICODE component, I would wait to get feedback from
Catalogue administrators about the compliance of my description with the
expected one.
