[Fiware-tools] Amendment 6 update

Dear Juanjo, Javier,

     this morning we had the periodic conf call for the Tools Chapter and
we discussed the possible reaction to the M30 review report, also following
your indications from the call we had yesterday.

The common position is:
- close the D9.2.3 FI-CoDE Handbook
- shift the effort dedicated to D9.2.3 (7PM) to other WPs
- shift D9.1.4 to M40 (Catalogue and eLearning platform are in this 
deliverable)

By the end of this week every partner will communicate the amount of 
effort that
they can shift and they will also contact respective WPL. By next 
WPL/WPA conf call
I can update you on the final status.
I assume that everything will be incorporated in the Amendment 6.
