[Fiware-tools] Amendment 6 update

Dear all,

This one has been recently drawn to my attention.

Let us clarify the situation. We desperately want to submit the
amendment for the consideration of the PO. We intended to have a draft
last Sunday but unexpected  events prevented us from finishing it. The
rationale is clear: the partners leaving on M36 (end of this month!)
cannot sign that they will do things in a time frame that is in the
past.  Take into account that the EC may delay it for weeks once
received (comments, objections, procedures, paperwork, etc.) so we are
very late.

The good thing is that no partners in WP9 are leaving on M36 apart from
SAP.  I have also received information from SAP and it looks like they
are taking it very seriously. Apart from this case, changing this in
amendment 6 or in a (hypothetical) amendment 7, will not make a
difference. This means that if we enter the usual " I am sorry but my
details are late. Now, wait" we will simply go on with the amendment. We
cannot do anything else, there is no margin to steer.

I thought that you would appreciate a clear warning to avoid surprises.
