yes, but we have to recover the rejection as "the document cannot be 
considered an adequate resource for users".
If we cannot have a complete coverage of the new chapter by M36, my 
position will be to deliver in delay and
once that chapter is finalized ... anyway last word to UDE that's 
leading this deliverable.

no more funding ... the shift is only related to the need of 
synchronization with the project to be developed.
It doesn't imply additional content.
