[Fiware-tools] VERY IMPORTANT - Handbook shift to M40

Dear Partners,
     in order to close the discussion on the shift of D9.2.3 to M40 here 
is the situation by partner:

ENG - OK
SAP - "prefer to keep the M36" but it's possible to manage the 
contribution also with the shift
UPM - OK
UDE - OK
IBM - OK (sent in private)
ATOS - OK (sent in private)

I'm going to communicate this request of shift to the project coordinator.
