Dear partners,

As we told you at the FI-WARE kick-off in May, we will closely monitor usage of resources in the project.

You are going to receive a second emails asking for your planning of resources along the several years of duration of the project. Bear in mind that it is expected that you won't distribute your PMs equally over the years, i.e., the first 6 months you would likely have a small team to start up and then you will increase dimension of that team until you reach a cruise dimension starting in month 10. Typically, it was expected that you would need 25% of the cruise-level team on average from month 1 until month 6, then aprox. 50% of the cruise-level team on average from month 7 until end of month 10. Then, starting on month 10, your full target team until the end of the project. This was indeed the assumption when we calculated the PMs during the project proposal and it's probably common sense. But, of course, it's just a guideline.

We plan to setup a dedicated list to deal with this administrative tasks.

  Please let us know:

 * who is your administrative contact (if no response is received, we will consider the person in charge of administrative aspects on NEF)
 * who is the person who will be the overall responsible of activities assigned to your organization in the project (if not response is received, we will assume he/she is the person that was designated on NEF as being in charge of scientific and technical aspects)
Both will be registered in the list devoted to administrative tasks.
