Dear Jose,

It was a pleasure for Peter and me to attend the kick-off meeting.

About the dates, in chronological order (Caragh, please correct me if I'm wrong):
- GPF form A2.5 by all partners (+ form A2.6 and A4 by Telefonica): asap. Partners should send the form to the coordinator, who sends it to the EC.
- EC internal step: ICTC approval, expected for May 11
- EC internal step: Commission Decision, expected for ca. May 25
- EC internal step: Commitment, i.e. preparation of the Grant Agreement. For this, we need all GPF forms. Expected for end of May / beginning of June. The Grant Agreement with the accession forms (Form A) is sent to the coordinator
- Coordinator signs Grant Agreement and returns to EC (beginning of June?)
- EC countersigns Grant Agreement, which thereby enters into force (beginning of June?)
- Prefinancing paid by EC (mid June?)
- Partners sign Form A and send 3 copies to the coordinator (in principle within 45 days after the entry into force of the grant agreement. See article 1.2 of the grant agreement)

The Consortium Agreement should in principle be signed before the grant agreement enters into force (see article 1.4 of the grant agreement)

Please note that preparation of the Grant Agreement is subject to the availability of all GPF forms. In other words, late forms will delay all subsequent steps.

Let me also take this opportunity to tell you that I will be out of office for 2 months starting May 23. Annalisa and Caragh will take care of the actions above, but please keep me in cc.
