[Fiware] Organization of the Support Trackers

Dear all,

After our first experiences with the Trackers we have realized that we are getting tickets of very different nature mixed up. To make sure that the requests are dealt with in the most efficient fashion, we have split the Support Trackers into two.


 *   FusionForge infrastructure support <https://forge.fi-ware.eu/tracker/?atid=199&group_id=28> - tickets in relation with the infrastructure itself (wiki extentions, performance, features...)
 *   FI-WARE partners support<https://forge.fi-ware.eu/tracker/?atid=201&group_id=28> - tickets related to the activities of the project, not the infrastructure (e.g. renaming a wiki page, changing a wiki template)

We believe that these changes will contribute to a better support to the users.
