Dear all, There is an agreement within the PPP that all the contributions will be available to the rest of the partners free of charge for the duration of the PPP. So the information we have to provide in the asset description is the IPR in a wide sense. This means that we have to clearly express how we are going to license each one of the pieces. In other words, the IPR section can express that a given product will be licensed as Open source (explicitly mentioning which one), or alternative that the IPR belong to a company and that the product will be licensed under FRAND Terms. We have reflected this in the tutorial recently created, to make sure that we have a uniform wiki http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/How_to_describe_assets_adopted_as_baseline_for_development_of_FI-WARE_GE_reference_implementations Best, Miguel -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- _/ _/_/ Miguel Carrillo Pacheco _/ _/ _/ _/ Telefónica Distrito C _/ _/_/_/ _/ _/ Investigación y Edifico Oeste 1, Planta 5 _/ _/ _/ _/ Desarrollo Ronda de la Comunicación S/N _/ _/_/ Madrid 28050 (Spain) Tel: (+34) 91 483 26 77 e-mail: mcp at tid.es ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Este mensaje se dirige exclusivamente a su destinatario.
