[Fiware] Migration of old VMs on the Testbed

Dear partners,

As you may be aware, we are going to migrate the current GEs VMs into the Openstack Cloud Manager. Unfortunatelly this process will not be trasparent for the users. These are the steps we are going to follow:

  1.  The VM GEs will be stopped
  2.  The VM IP is going to change, although this shouldn't be a problem because the VMs should normally be accessed using their name.
  3.  The VM domain names are going to change to be something like testbed.fiware.eu. Be aware that lab.fiware.eu is going to be exclusively used for the OIL from now on.
  4.  There are some GEs which may fail to get imported, we will ask the GE owners for help in these cases.

Anyway, we will update the catalogue with the new domain names, and we will send a mail with the new details.

The agenda for the importation is:

  *   Apps chapter - July 9th
  *   Data chapter - July 11th.
  *   IOT - July 15th
  *   Security - July 17th

Of course, this does not concern those GE that are already on Openstack in the testbed. They can disregard this message.
