Dear FI-PPP Phase One project Leaders,  (Others for info),

As you are aware and, as most of you have already uploaded results, the BSCW repository at Eurescom will store the results of the programme in a common place - password protected - to ensure easy access to the results during the life of the programme. Thanks to all of you who have ensured your results are uploaded and available. (Safecity??).  We are now encouraging the Phase Two projects to do the same as soon as results become available.

The recent FI-PPP-SB meeting discussion clarified the common understanding that under Clause 41 of the Grant Agreement and the terms of the Collaboration Agreement, all phase one participating companies, even when no longer involved in active projects, are entitled to access the FI-PPP results at any time during the life of the programme. Accordingly we wish to remind you of this right.

Please inform your project participants of this and let them know they can always secure a password by contacting helpdesk at eurescom.eu<mailto:helpdesk at eurescom.eu> marking their request "FI-PPP Phase One". For cost and security reasons, these passwords to the FI-PPP results space on the Eurescom BSCW will be granted to the phase one organisations on demand (one per company) and will be subject to renewal at intervals to ensure they are only used by the entitled organisations.  The phase one companies may request passwords (new or renewal) at any time and, subject to verification that they are signatories to the collaboration agreement, these will be granted within one working day.

Phase One project leaders who have already received passwords and may have shared them within their consortium for uploading results are recommended to change their password now to ensure it is their private company password from now on.  (You can change your password yourselves in the BSCW).

So in summary,  Phase one participating organisations have the right to access all results during the life of the programme and may avail of this right whenever.

Please note all the terms and conditions relating to confidentiality and the rights to use the information and results, as described in the Collaboration Agreement, are still binding and that this granting of access within the context of the FI-PPP programme is simply facilitating your right to access the results.
