[Token-all] TOKEN community mapping - Reminder!

Dear Token partners,

This is a quick reminder of our mutual task - community mapping. We now
have more content and activity within the DLT4Gov community
<https://spaces.fundingbox.com/c/dlt4gov> so it's (still) a very
good moment to do it.

Therefore, I'm once again sharing with you the indicative message template

for
the first contact with the entities we have identified in the community
mapping

The idea is that each partner sends an email to those entities they have
imported in the spreadsheet. I'm also using this opportunity to encourage
you to import the contacts on your end, in case you still didn't.

You will see in the file...each entity (marked red) has a belonging
message, so *choose* the message of the entity that you are sending an
email to. The email also encloses the communication toolkit

for
this purpose, reachable to anyone with the link.

Lastly, *please*, when sending out those emails, add info at token-project.eu in
the CC of each email. **And of course, don't forget to keep track of the
communication in the column "Status", in the spreadsheet. *
