[Token-all] Re-evaluating the use of the Token Services (Attn: PUC owners and Technical partners)

Dear All,

Following the last EB meeting, it was agreed that we would re-evaluate the
use of the Token services in each of the PUCs.

The purpose of the Use Cases is not only to develop innovative solutions
but also to experiment with the Token Services in order to prove the value
of Distributed Ledger Technologies within public services i.e. to showcase
how DLTs can be a driver for the transformation of public services in terms
of being more open, transparent, trusted and efficient. This is the goal of
the TOKEN project.

To this end, we would like to organise the following:

   1.

   A refresher session to revisit the Token services available and how and
   where they can be used. This will be a one-hour session which we will hold
   on the week of the 12th of July. Please use this *link*

   suits you. The PUC leader and technical partner should attend. (Prior to

   on the platform, Notarization and Token storage services).

   2.

   1:1 Sessions with each PUC. During the Summer, we will organise 1:1
   sessions with each PUC to answer questions and evaluate where and how the
   services will be used within the PUC. Prior to this session, each PUC will
   have to fill out a template (which we will provide) to indicate the
   prioritization of the services to be used, including a description of how
   and why they will be used.

When all of the sessions have been completed, we will do a final report
which will be presented at the EB meeting in September.
