[Token-all] Re-evaluating the use of the Token Services (Attn: PUC owners and Technical partners)

Dear All,

So far only 3 people have selected a time for the Token Services refresher
session. This will be a one hour session on the week of the 12th of July. *All
PUC owners and technical partners are required*. Can you please select a
