[Token-all] Awareness about D8.2 TOKEN Informed Consent Procedures

Dear Tokeners

I hope you are doing well. In preparation for our meeting this Thursday. I
have a  request please browse the below blue links on the text below. So
far we have no record about informed consent records from partners and I
take the opportunity to raise the awareness on this matter.

Do please come with questions regarding the below if any :

Organisations responsible for engaging research participants within the
scope of the 4 PUCs (Pioneer Use Cases) of TOKEN shall use the template for
informed consent prepared for you in Del 8.3.

"The procedure of informed consent  will be simple and will consist of

   1.

   Asking the participants for their informed consent whenever there is a
   TOKEN event.
   2.

   Filing the consent within the online platform that you have used to
   contact this participant or any other internal filing system that your
   institution may have.
   3.

   Informing after each event. Please share with the TOKEN project WP7
   Coordinator

   (While defining the EAB) within 90 days of the realization of your
   event, a confirmation that for this event the informed consent was
   requested by filling in this on the informed consent files on the
   GDrive: WP8

   We will request partners to have their consents filled out by the end of
   March 2021 for the events that were done after September 2020. This
   deliverable was due at the end of September and revised by the Project
   Coordinator in December 2020 so we will be requesting the partners to
   upload their answers on their events or after October 1st 2020 until March
   2021 to allow enough time for adjusting to this procedure."
