[Token-all] 5th Policy Observatory plans – OK for all?

(Forwarding this because it didn't go through earlier today)

Dear all,

Many thanks for your input – it was helpful to us! We have decided to
change the date to November 7th, 2–4 PM (GMT+2; Finnish time). Please note
that this will be a *closed* *workshop with a small number of carefully
selected participants. From the consortium, our target participants are
only the city/municipality partners of PUCs**. *

Karen, I think Demos will be writing the briefing paper (i.e. *Observatory
Briefing Paper 5 (T5.2)*) and FIWARE won't be participating in that. Demos
will of course share the learnings from the observatory via the briefing
paper with the consortium and anyone interested, but *we'd like to keep the
recording of the session only for Demos' research purposes (T5.2 and D5.5)*
.

*If someone else would need the recording (I'd think potentially e.g.
Karen, Judith/UC team), please let me know asap*! These themes are
sensitive and our idea was to only use the recording as internal
(interview) notes – and publish the results/learnings in an anonymized
format in the T5.2 and D5.5. ...So if you'd like this recording for e.g.
research use, please be in touch. We'll have to notify the participants on
the level of anonymity before the event.

All the best,
Pinja & the Demos team
