Also in other parts of the world if we want to have people from other latitudes....we should have someone from Italy also because the reviewer is Italian and would be good to be well grounded on that. - We should have public officials from PUCS yes but from other countries as well that can make questions to the ones in the PUCS too or may be in another capacity as peer reviewers.
