[Token-wp3] PUCs presentation (final review)

Dear all,


we were all present in the last EBM meeting in which we discussed about 
the final review agenda. However, a PUC wanted some details about the 
PUCs presentation, so it is a good chance to share my thoughts with all 
of you.

As it was agreed in the EBM meeting, each PUC will have 15 minutes time 
(without questions). It was agreed that the presentation of slides will 
take 5 minutes, while the video demo will take 10 minutes.

Stefano said in the EBM meeting that two important things to be 
explained by PUCs are:

  * how PUC used blockchain (especially from TOKEN blockchain services
    and components)
  * next steps (because PUCs said they will be alive and they have
    already achieved or try to achieve further funding by EU funded
    projects)


Moreover, please check yesterday's mail (arrived at 19:23 Berlin time) 
from Stefano (the email that has the conversation with Project Officer 
Giorgio Costantino) as well:

"In order to fully demonstrate the expected impact of the Project, in 
the Second Period the Team will have to tackle significant challenges, 
such as:

  * completing the Pilots and prove their benefits in the operational
    context;
  * finding potential users and adopters, and offering them a
    multidisciplinary support, that cannot be just technical
  * consider wider social and legal aspects related to the adoption the
    TOKEN service, which is also the core mission of the Call: they
    include crucial issues, such as the problem of social inclusion, the
    safe management and confidentiality of the private keys for SSI, but
    also the possible aspects related the new kind of business generated
    from data valorization, etc. "


So, I think that each PUC should speak about the pilot and the benefits 
(bullet 1).


Regarding KPIs (I was asked about them) there is no available time for 
KPIs presentation in PUC's 5-minute presentation. So, KPIs will be only 
presented in WP4's presentation by Judith.


So, in order to make a summary, I could propose the following pages for 
the PUC's 5-minute slide presentation (each PUC can add other pages as 
well):

  * Architecture (the role of blockchain should be explained here)
  * Achievements
  * Pilot
  * Lessons learnt
  * Next steps (why PUCs want further funding by EU funded projects)
