[Token-wp3] PUCs presentation (final review)

dear kostas,

please note that lesson learnt shall also include specificities coming from
the pilots mentioned in bullet 3.
if this implies to have videos of 5 minutes that's perfectly fine with me.
indeed as the po said those aspects are the "core mission of the call".
judith will tackle bullet 3 at the overall level.
