Dear Tom

Thanks for this! Super helpful.
Ms Sutmpel mentioned that at the time of the project was a lot of Hype on
Blockchain so they went for it. But that then they decided to use something
else precisely as you have informed . So public administration don't
necessarily has to use blockchain if there is something more cost effective
that indeed does the trick. I wonder what that is, so we are aware ( I cc
my colleague, our blockchain expert in TOKEN @Har Preet Singh
<harpreet.singh at fiware.org>) I'll also check the report.

@Clifton, Judith Catherine <judith.clifton at unican.es> and PUCS its good to
keep an eye on experience of public administration that has already used
blockchain and try to also learn from that if applicable. Also important
for our OCBM(Business Model) @Thibaud Dubrule
<thibaud.dubrule at fundingbox.com> as we craft the added value of TOKEN and
think of our solutions as being sustainable.

Hope this helps,
Thanks to all.
Karen
