Dear Thibaud We had a revision meeting today with INF as responsible of WP6 and Del 6.1. As Agreed Today with INF, we will delay the submission of the document because there is still major work to be done in several chapters. Stefano will announce soon, but we wont ask for a long deadline, so we should advance as fast as we can. So, we have an important question that we need to comment on the Del 6.1 related to Business model to support the exploitation plan of the project (PEDR)*So the question for you (FBR) is * If you see that the business model that you are proposing is on the way to Meet the Impact at the end of the project ( A year from now!) from the Table below which is what we agreed on the GA for TOKEN. For example questions that would need to be at least *drafted* should answer this from your Business perspective : 1. Will we have 10 early adopters at the end of the project? And 100 adopters, 3 years later? What is the strategy that will allow us that sustainability so far with the work so far done? 2. Will we have 20 M of public Funding fully tracked by the PUC? How are we achieving more than 100M EU a year fully tracked after 3 years of the project? Id the BM supporting this way? 3. How will the business model of saving 7.5 Tons of CO2 will look like? Is it possible you look at the table and continue distilling some questions and check what could be answered so that we use that table to check what we committed to and what we are achieving and if we are not achieving how we improve to achieve sustainability at least from a Business Model perspective? . On a next stage we will also check if the governance model is also supporting the achievement of those expected impacts.. IF you need to work more with the PUCS to answer this , we are happy to support. >From INF, *Adnan will be taking the lead , he will circulate the document where this contributions will be expected, I will tag you there once he sends the document *where we will be working, but of course you can already go ahead and answer some in this email.
