[Token-wp6] T6.1 working document!

Dear All WP6

This is just to make us aware that we will still be working on D6.1 on this
version that Adnan from INF has circulated , please make sure to put the
upcoming contributions there  until we have a final document.

Adnan will be leading the work from Infrachain . We would like to make
significant advancement  this week so we will be re-working several
documents and asking for your feedback on several sections.
