Dear Johannes & Johannes Hi, I hope this email finds you well, I was reading through the published version of https://token-project.eu/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/TOKEN_Paper_UncertainitiesAndFutures.pdf. ( Slide 21) And I wonder if the use of the word "Agency" is correct below? Or if you meant "urgency" See text below. In any case I think you might have used the *Agency* word in the sense of "taking responsibility" because this is quite an important take on for the TOKEN project which should be more commented on the project and impact the way we are doing the communication to engage people on the project. Especially when we are trying to work on sustainability for WP6 . In general I think you had several important findings through the observatory and we need to do further work to trickle those findings/discussion to the upcoming Business (BM), Governance Models.(GM) and Early Adopters Program (EA) Is it possible you try to work closer with the BM and GM so that the findings are reflected on the end product that both models will show in the upcoming months? The most immediate work together might be the one in the Summit ( If the WP6 work meeting becomes a reality in person for the FIWARE Summit in January, work between these streams would be key: BM, GM, Observatory, Early adopters. I have initially talked to INF(Adnan) on this so he will probably take this on so we can have a meeting to see how we can organize such a meeting that can benefit all of the upcoming work. Thanks Karen 3. Building blocks of change "Finally, societal culture and mindset require a shift in how the integration of new procedures into the public sector is viewed. Distrust is often the default in governmental or technological change – if one does not feel agency, understand the reasons behind change and have the possibility to influence and benefit from change, it is hard to see why that change should happen in the first place. Increased participation and agency of citizens and public servants alike can help in building a culture that not only enables smoother transitions, but ultimately better services." -- Karen Vega Senior Manager karen.vega at fiware.org www.fiware.org <https://www.linkedin.com/in/karenvega/> Linked-In/Karen Vega <https://www.linkedin.com/in/karenvega/> "The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today."
