Hi Karen! Sounds great, we'd be thrilled to work closer with the BM GM and of course the EA streams of work in order to integrate more of the observatory findings into these. *Adnan*, if you're the one with the best idea of how to contribute to these, glad to have a chat and also of course organize a larger meeting with the relevant folks. Do reach out if you already have an idea how we could make this happen! Always glad to find synergies and thanks Karen for pointing this out – there's of course a lot going on in TOKEN and it's really great that there's someone who can see the big picture and where things should be linked up better. (re agency: we did mean agency, in the sense that if civil servants feel that they have a say and are an integral part in the introduction of new technologies in the public sector, the results are usually better in both the uptake of the technology and also in the localization and contextualization of these technologies and processes related to them. I think the work that Judith and co are doing with the vignettes and civil servant interviews could also tie into this point!)
