[Fiware-fi-city] References while writing the proposal

Hi,

  We may sooner or later start to add references to the text in the proposal, so we need to agree on common conventions.

  In other proposals the following approach has demostrated to be useful: use a google docs spreadsheet that we all share to add references.   Then we add the references at the very end of the edition of the proposal.  Here it is the link to that google docs:

  Entries there are just for reference.   Please use the conventions described there.
