[Fiware-lab-help] COSMOS access denied

do you got the answer from Francisco Romero 
(francisco.romerobueno at telefonica.com 
<mailto:francisco.romerobueno at telefonica.com>)? I saw the ticket has 2 
comments from him. One send yesterday and one send before one hour. Send 
your usename to Romero and he will help. I copied here the last message:
