This is the reply from Zurich, I’m not sure they have replied directly to you: Hi Joan, The quota for your project has been updated with one additional floating ip, you should now be able to allocate and use a public ip address. We also changed the status of your account to community in our node, as soon as you get the confirmation please provide the required quota. Best, Bruno.
