[Fiware-lab-help] URGENT: request for assistance; IDAS FINESCE dedicated instance

Hi Daniele, 

IDAS comes from Telefonica.
We are users only. We used the FIWARE IDAS instance based on the instructions and the apikey from the IDAS team.
It was working till 31 May.
