Philipp, all, The summary of Friday's discussion was pretty much summarized with Christof's email Friday afternoon. It tells where to do the short term updates in order for us to push the documentation release outwards. One version of that was released to Miquel already, but as have issue with the tracker status and open spec update status in general. So, to pull together the short term topic (i.e. need to be completed by tomorrow) 1) Create materializing page for all GE's. This is mainly collecting about links all around to the one page. 2) Make sure any remaining changes are done to open specs by tomorrow. We have received two rounds of review comments so far from outside, those need to be incorporated accordingly. 3) Make minor (link) updates to road map wiki page 4) Correct all remaining tracker issues, once the materializing page is crystal clear Now, all the links to the above tasks are in Christof's email and/or our wp13 dashboard. To me it sound that the delivery must be made as a whole, hence if someone refuses to update the docs and wiki, we cannot make it. I urge all parties to make the required changes. Now that we settle this by Monday, I at least expect a larger review from Telefonica, hence I expect bigger comments that we've seen so far. Also, once the release proceeds the guys/gals at test bed and they start testing our deliverables, no doubt we will encounter issues there. These anticipated bigger changes need to be in place by the end of April. To squeeze still a little bit: 1) all those (minor) things by the end of monday, and 2) larger things by the end of April. Maybe this summarizes it properly? - jarkko On Sun, Mar 16, 2014 at 5:19 PM, Philipp Slusallek < Philipp.Slusallek at dfki.de> wrote: > Hi, > > Sorry, I was traveling Friday afternoon.
