[Fiware-mundus-committee] FIWARE Mundus Committee charter and kick-off of activities

Hi,

   As with regards to FIWARE Marketing and Communication topics, I would 
rather encourage to create separate mails, with a clear topic 
description in the subject, for each of the individual topics to be 
addressed.

   That way, threads of discussions per topic will be easier to follow.
