HI Mirko,

I think section 2.2 is ready now for integration with 2.1 and to have a single doc. Please provide feedback about the length. Thanks Sebastien/Nuria/Alex/all for great contributions.
I left marked some parts that require input and review, and still iterations needed.

In alignment with Sebastien's comments there is a need to strength sustainability aspect after the project. I will add input from Martin relation to OASC in next iteration, but extra-input review would be useful.

@Nadia, I added a short paragraph in relation to the open call dissemination from your vision statement. Let me know if sufficient.

In relation to the Dissemination part, to have a very brief input from all the partners (individual diss plans) would strength it dramatically (dissemination builds upon all the partners channels and activities, what is really strong in this consortium). @Mirko, please let me know how we are doing with extension so I can send out a last minute call for input from all

It would be useful if someone can start content review with critical eyes. volunteers?

MIRKO to write an intro to 2.1.2 based on the moved figure (Arup Table) which sits now in section 1.

We have 9 cities (including the Mexican city) - this means that with 1 page per city we spend 50% on that. Most of the content is boasting how great the cities already are. We don’t need that in this section – that can be in section 4 – what we need is how SynchroiCity will help you propel you even further into becoming an even greater city. So – EACH CITY should revise their inputs to focus on IMPACT and not how great they are. 2/3 pages per city is max. I got MIL. Need POR, SAN, CAR, MAN, HEL, ANT, EIN + MEXICAN CITY

Any VOLUNTEERS to check barriers and obstacles 2.1.3? - shorten to 1.5 pages

SERGIO – I need that standards table 2.1.4.

I have deleted the section on other societal impact that Pentti made based on PEST – it was too generic.

MARTIN – please give me a first draft for 2.1.5 Quantifiable Impact of the Project form a project perspective – cities will be coming in from MARGARIDA’s work.

Ana – could you give a status on 2.2? Thanks on the status – when do you think we can combine 2.1 and 2.2?

Finally we have a page limit problem. We need to cut this down to 20 pages. Including 2.2! So we are not looking for volume.
