[Fiware-office-comms] FIWARE events

Thanks a lot Pablo,
this gives a good and comprehensive overview.

In the immediate we were wondering about presence at events like:
- Mobile World Congress 2016 in February in Barcelona
- Net Futures Conference in April 2016 in Brussels
Not sure if they are in the radar, but in any case it would be good to 
coordinate on efforts.

Also a question that we were asked from some outsiders is also about 
ECFI. Will there be any future edition of it?
