[Fiware-iot] Architecture modification implemented

The Device-level API should have the same description that the one on
the Gateway. Once TI finishes the description on the Gateway, I'll adapt
it to the backend.

 

The Semantic Handler and Process Handler will be covered later,  (with
UoS and SAP respectively), but not for this release. These are exactly
those components that we have to take note of but not describe because
it won't be delivered.

By the way, does somebody feel responsible to describe the Device-Level
