[Fiware-iot] R: Architecture modification implemented

Hi Dénes,
I agree that the two descriptions of the Device Level API component, at Backend and at Gateway level, should be the same.
The description of the Exposure GE is completed, unless there are any comments or request for modification, so you can use it.
If anybody has any comment please let us know and we will include them in the description.

The Device-level API should have the same description that the one on the Gateway. Once TI finishes the description on the Gateway, I'll adapt it to the backend.

The Semantic Handler and Process Handler will be covered later,  (with UoS and SAP respectively), but not for this release. These are exactly those components that we have to take note of but not describe because it won't be delivered.
